#8th way to think like a 21st Century economist

In January 2019 Kate Raworth, the author of Doughnut Economics, asked her readers to come up with an 8th way to think like a 21st Century economist, that was supposed to complement and/or counter the 7 ways she had proposed in her book.

This is the entry I submitted (find the typo!) for the #8thWayToThink competition:

Alice Damiano — 8th Way to Think Like a 21st Century Economist

EDIT: I am writing my comments on this competition and its entries. I will share them on this blog when they are ready. Stay tuned!

UPDATE: A new version of this blog post, with my comments on the competition and its entries, is available here:

  1. certainly like your website however you need to
test the spelling on quite a few of your posts.

A number of them are rife with spelling issues and I
in finding it very troublesome to tell the truth then again I will
    certainly come again again.

    1. I double check everything, but even then I can miss some mistakes. Also, English is not my first language. I would be grateful if you pointed out some of these mistakes you found, so that I can fix them and learn.

  2. Having read this I believed it was really enlightening. I appreciate
you taking the time and effort to put this article together.
I once again find myself spending a lot of time
both reading and commenting. But so what, it was still worth it!
